Having trouble with your application?

Here are a few points that may help you.

Question: I can’t see where to add the rest of my details…

Answer: A number of the details are not collected until during check-out, so trust the process and you will be asked for your final details after the check-out step.

Question: I can’t seem to finish the registration process without selecting children/furniture/meal tickets etc. but I don’t need those things?

Answer: Most steps in the process are completely optional. If the system is requiring you to select an item by you don’t want any of them, just scroll up a little and select “No ______” in order to proceed to the next step.

Question: I am having trouble entering my details.

Answer: We have done our best to cater to as many different devices as possible, but there is always bound to be a phone or tablet that the site is not fully optimised for. If you are having any issues with your registration, we recommend trying the registration process on a desktop computer. If you still cannot complete the process please use the “Ask a Question” form by clicking the button at the bottom right or calling 0412 376 860.
